Harborview is located in what is fondly known as the "thumb" of WI.  I am breeding for the sole purpose of maintenance of the standard of the breed along with improvement of health and temperament. 

I was mentored for more than 10 years by Joan Gordon, co-author  of, "The Yorkshire Terrier." From her I learned the importance of genetics and how to breed a sound dog.
